Mistral Launches Agentic Search for Complex Enterprise Documents

Mistral introduced a retrieval layer that lets models search, inspect and verify information across complex data sources.

Mistral introduced Agentic Search, a retrieval layer designed to let models navigate, read and verify information across complex documents and data sources. The company positioned it inside its Search Toolkit and Libraries products.

The release addressed a bottleneck behind many agent deployments: finding a plausible answer is not enough when a system must show where the answer came from. Multi-step retrieval and verification aim to make enterprise AI outputs more attributable and easier for a human to review.
